The article describes and analyzes the educational training project of Department Mass Communications Peoples Friendship University Russia Day Specialties: Journalism, Television, Advertising Public Relations. Also presented is experience organizing conducting festival films MediaEnvironment at branch Lomonosov Moscow State in Sevastopol. These special cognitive events are considered as elements internal external communications universities, developing professional competences participants demonstrating possibilities using concept peer learning edutainment technologies for practical emotional-motivated students media specialties. authors describe methodology event preparation relation to standards, linking organizational stages with formation specific student competencies. conclude not only about effectiveness such forms communication, but also prospects their use conditions online education. Representation model universal can be used universities directions like journalism, television, advertising public relations.
